NextPlay Camps Terms and Conditions

1. **No Refunds**: All camp fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. **Scheduled Dates**: Camps will take place on the scheduled date. Participants are expected to attend on the specified day.

3. **Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances**: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the camp for another weekend. Participants will be notified of the new date as soon as possible.

4. **Location Changes**: The camp location is subject to change. Participants will receive an email with the final camp location and times one month prior to the event.

5. **Adult Supervision**: An adult must be present with any minor participants at all times during the camp.

6. **Age Requirements**: Participants must meet the age requirements specified for each camp. Proof of age may be requested.

7. **Health and Safety**: Participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to attending the camp. It is the responsibility of the participant or guardian to disclose any medical conditions.

8. **Liability Waiver**: By registering, participants agree to release and hold harmless NextPlay Camps, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the camp.

9. **Photography and Media Release**: Participants give consent for their likeness and images to be used in promotional materials, social media, and other media outlets.

10. **Behavioral Expectations**: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. NextPlay Camps reserves the right to dismiss any participant for inappropriate behavior without a refund.

11. **Communication**: All communication regarding the camp, including location changes and updates, will be sent via email. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their email address is accurate and up-to-date.

12. **Equipment and Attire**: Participants should bring appropriate athletic gear and any necessary equipment. NextPlay Camps is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
